Training terms
Scope
These terms apply to training, coaching, consulting and support services provided by Edgefluence, unless specific terms are set out in an agreement, contract or commercial proposal accepted by the client.
Information before commitment
Before any registration or order, Edgefluence provides relevant information about the programme, intended audience, prerequisites, duration, delivery arrangements, schedule, price, payment conditions and cancellation rules for the relevant service.
Programmes and certificates
Programmes are designed for professional development. Unless expressly stated in a contractual document, they do not constitute a state diploma or officially recognized qualification. Any attendance certificate will specify its nature.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
The rules for cancellation, rescheduling, participant replacement and refunds are provided before each service is confirmed. Requests must be sent in writing to Edgefluence.
Liability
Edgefluence uses reasonable professional means to deliver its services properly. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and for the effective participation of registered attendees.
Complaints
Any complaint may be sent to info@edge-fluence.com. Edgefluence will review it within a reasonable time.
